{31 for 21} Marathon: Thirty.

Today, I ran a marathon.
It was my fastest one yet.

Our friend Christina watched Ellie so we could run, since Matt also was racing (ahead of me).  Huge thanks to Christina.

I'm also publicly thanking my friend Mike, who paced me.  He paced me to my previous personal best, too.

This has nothing to do with Down syndrome, sorry.  But life isn't all about Down syndrome, even during Down Syndrome Awareness Month.
